A lot like you

What have you done today, this week, this month, for the good of your fellow man? How have you shown God’s love to those around you lately? Do you do small acts of service and expect retribution? Do you seek recognition and acknowledgment for your actions?
My brothers and sisters in Christ, what if we overwhelmed those around us with unmistakable, undeniable, absolutely radical love that defies their low standards of Christians and Jesus?
Your love doesn’t have to be grandiose, and it doesn’t need to be loud and obvious. Love people in the small nuances of life, in your actions and words. Surprise them with random acts of kindness.
“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” 1 Peter 4:10-11
